This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “you”) and Hashe Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our mobile games (“Games”) published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

By installing, accessing, or using any of our Games, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use our Games.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use our Games. If you are under this age, you may only use our Games with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Limited License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and play our Games. You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or sell any part of the Games.
• Reverse engineer or extract source code.
• Use cheats, bots, hacks, or third-party software.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Games.

Account and User Data

You may not be required to create an account to use our Games, but you may voluntarily provide information (e.g., for support or feedback). All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases

Our Games may include optional in-app purchases. These are handled through the respective app stores and subject to their payment terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

User Conduct

You agree to use our Games in a respectful and lawful manner. Do not:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players.
• Use our Games to spread false or harmful content.
• Violate any laws or third-party rights.

Game Content and Updates

We may modify, update, or remove content within the Games at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any particular version or content.

Advertising

Our Games may display third-party advertisements (e.g., via Unity Ads). These ads may be personalized based on your preferences and device settings. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and game designs are owned by Hashe Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate this Agreement, without notice. You may also delete the Game at any time to end your use.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We provide the Games “as is” without any warranties. Hashe Studio is not liable for damages arising from your use of the Games, including data loss or service interruptions.

Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of our Games after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
